1. About these terms

2. Orders and contract

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received it. A contract is formed when we dispatch your order and send you the dispatch confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable or a pricing error has occurred; in that case we will refund any payment in full.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include UK VAT. Delivery to the UK is free. Payment is taken when you place your order through our secure checkout and payment providers.

4. Products

We make every effort to describe and show products accurately. Small differences in colour or size may occur because of screen settings and manufacturing tolerances. Please read each product description, including the power source, before ordering.

5. Delivery

Delivery times and conditions are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to the address you gave us.

6. Cancellations, returns and faulty goods

7. Our liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms.
