Where we deliver
We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom.
Delivery cost and times
- Cost: free tracked delivery on all orders.
- Processing: 1–3 working days.
- Delivery: 5–10 working days after dispatch.
Your order is shipped from our international fulfilment partner. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as it is dispatched. Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during peak periods such as Black Friday and Christmas.
Christmas orders
To receive your order before Christmas, please order by Friday 5 December.
VAT, customs and import fees
All prices include UK VAT. For orders up to £135 there are no extra customs or import fees to pay on delivery.
Orders split into more than one parcel
If you order several items, they may arrive in separate parcels on different days. Each parcel has its own tracking number.
Delayed or lost parcels
If your order has not arrived within 15 working days of dispatch, or tracking shows no movement for 7 days, please contact us through our Contact page and we will investigate. If a parcel is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or a full refund.
Wrong address
Please check your address carefully at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible; we can only change the address before the order is dispatched.
